Omotoyosi Fadipe is a thorough and experienced Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with uncompromising stand for highest levels of professionalism and ethics, customer service and integrity. His background in Estate Management and Valuation stems from his Higher National diploma (HND) in Estate Management (with a grade of upper credit) from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos State in 2007. This was followed by the mandatory National Youth Service Corps Scheme (NYSC) which he undertook with the former Skye Bank Plc (now Polaris Bank) between 2008 and 2009, where he gained valuable banking sector experience. His desire to have a good understanding and academic knowledge in the management of human resources within and without the corporate organization prompted him to enroll at the National Open University of Nigeria where he graduated in 2012 with a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources Management. He then proceeded to the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, where he bagged an MBA degree in 2015.

He is an Associate member of the Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers’ Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is also a Professional member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), United Kingdom, which is the highest global professional body that promotes and enforces the highest international professional qualifications & standards in the valuation, development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

He is a registered member of the financial reporting council of Nigeria and also a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Nigeria Chapter. He is also a Microsoft certified professional (MCP) and holds other certificates in information technology.

He has over 12 years work experience, spanning various industries of banking, telecoms, construction and real estate; working at different periods with Skye Bank Plc (now Polaris Bank Ltd), Westcom Technologies, Ablag telecommunications Limited, Mesuiola Construction company and Ubosi Eleh + Co.

The most recent work experience was with one of the foremost real estate firms in Nigeria, Ubosi Eleh and Co, where he worked for over seven years and rose rapidly within his first few years to the post of senior valuation surveyor with major responsibilities of: corporate brand management, quality control, strategy and policy development etc. He was also in charge of corporate valuation and information technology departments. He left Ubosi, Eleh + Co on a very good note with high recommendations and goodwill to start the firm of ToyoFadipe & Partners in March 2018, where he is the Managing Partner.

He is currently deeply immersed in the day to day running of the firm, setting direction, goals and objectives, quality control in valuation and other services; also ensuring operations is at the highest standards. He is also involved in mentoring younger individuals, especially upcoming Estate Surveyors and Valuers who seek guidance on career growth and direction.

He enjoys reading, watching documentaries and football. He is a devout Christian.
